I wanted to merge two different Databases. I exported one to Zotero RDF and re-imported it into the other. The prob: All Bookmarks from subfolders were gone. They seem to stay in the root directory, but the whole directory structure is empty.
Got anybody an idea how I can succeed putting my bookmarks together? Thanks in advance,

All of your collections from the first library should be sub-collections of the imported folder. You can just drag them out of there to join the other folders. If there are no sub-collections in the imported folder can you try to redo the export and import?
