    I am unable to download/translate bibliographic information from the Brown Library site to Zotero for entry into my bibliography. I tried upgrading RealPlayer as suggested and in made no difference. The URL is:

    http://library.brown.edu/search

    How can I correct this?

    Please be more specific. Are you getting a save icon in the address bar and experiencing errors? Or are you not getting the icon at all?

    Have you tried clicking "Reset Translators and Styles..." from the "Advanced" pane in Zotero preferences?
