A problem -occasionally- shows up that zotero will cease to work. It requires a firefox restart and will work for a while and then fail again. Cannot find anything consistent about what sets off the problem, but is happening with increasing frequency. Cannot think of anything different I have done that it now starts having problems (e.g. no other extensions recently added.)

I am running Firefox portable on Windows xp sp2 ..... albeit running it from a local drive, so not a usb flash error or something. -

Also, the error shows up by the central window being replaced by "An error has occurred. Please restart Firefox. You can report..." -

There are no Zotero errors in that report, but try the DB Repair Tool, and you might consider upgrading to Firefox 3, which fixes database instability problems in Firefox 2.
