General: Zotero crashes when opening attachments

    I am able to add attachment to the zotero such as PDF or DOC type files however when I open the attachment after adding them at once, the Zotero crashes and you will have to restart the firefox to use Zotero again. and only after I restart the firefox, can the Zotero work well again. I do not know why. it will be a great trouble if I must restart firefox after adding a new attachment each time.
