Hi all,
A document I've been working on in OpenOffice Writer 2.4 has suddenly lost all contact with Zotero 1.0.4 (in Windows XP, Firefox 2.0.0.14). I haven't installed anything since last opening the document and neither do there appear to have been any recent updates. The active fields in the document (which usually appear grey over the entire citation) now have only a small grey bar at the end of the full citation, which doesn't seem to be active anymore. If I try to add a new citation I am again prompted to set document preferences, and if I try to add a bibliography Zotero doesn't seem able to recognise any of the previous citations it added.
Is it possible to restore the document's live links to Zotero, and how can I avoid this happening again?
Thanks! -

This error may relate to the problem: 748434864
The issue seems to have spread to other documents as well - none now connect back to Zotero. Help! -

None of the errors in the error report are related to Zotero.
If you send one of the problematic documents to support@zot....org, we can take a look. -

Mark, OO reference marks don't round-trip to Word, so if you open a document edited with the OO plugin in Word and save that document, those fields will be converted to plain text. Only bookmarks round-trip, and bookmarks mode is currently broken.
