Formatting within titles

There may be an easy way to do this, but I can't find it: many of the citations I use are about other works, such as films, TV shows, etc. When such a work appears in the title of a book or an article, it should be in italics or underlined. But it seems that Zotero only allows for plain text, which is a problem when I embed such cites in Word.

(Example: this article "Imagining America: The Simpsons Go Global" should have The Simpsons italicized)

Any thoughts?
