not updated display of the name of an attachment

When I click on an attachment, the title or file name displayed on the top of the right panel does not always show up correctly. What I did was that I renamed the file from A.pdf to B.pdf in the disk and of course zotero did not recognize it immediately. But I could guide it to find the renamed file. Then the problem came. No matter what other attachments I have clicked, it always shows the name of B.pdf on the right panel. It is just a display problem. If I click on the file name for a new title, the prompt box shows the correct file name. It is just an annoying bug. Hope it can be fixed soon. Thanks for your great work.
