    I tried to import a database from refewrence manager into zotero, but the ref ids have not been imported although I urgently need them. Does anybody have a solution?

    I don't believe that the ref ids map to any field in Zotero. If you are using RIS as your interchange format you could try opening the file in a text editor and do a find and replace to swap the ref id tag to one of the tags that Zotero recognizes. For example if you switched that tag to N1 they should come in as attached notes.
