Import / Export: Reinstallation of Zotero

    I have recently reinstalled my entire OSX, and therefore needed to reinstall Firefox and Zotero as well. I am wondering how I can get Zotero to import all the old settings and files.

    I presume you have a backup of the old OSX installation? If so, you can import your Zotero data and files by following the instructions after the link:

    I think the Zotero preferences are stored somewhere else in the Firefox profile folder. If you wish to keep these preferences, you might want to replace the entire Firefox profile folder (which includes the Zotero data folder).
