Run-time error 91 in MS Word Plug-In

Hi, I've already seen a couple postings on this, but there wasn't a solution there. When I try to use the MS Word plug-in, I get a message from Microsoft Visual Basic: "Run-time error '91': Object variable or With variable not set" and can insert neither citation nor bibliography. Oddly, this did not happen briefly yesterday, but it has returned. Please help!

I think I have my problem sorted. I believe it has to do with the fact that my computer logs on to the internet via a proxy server. When I restored the connection settings (on both firefox and explorer), my problem went away.

You might check your proxy settings for a field that says something like "Bypass proxy for these hosts" and make sure "127.0.0.1" (without quotes) is in the list. That should let you use the plugin without disabling your proxy settings. Entering "localhost" might be a good idea too, if it's not listed.
