Upgrade StorageHarvard Author Capitalization

I think this is a fairly easy request, but I can't seem to get it to work. I opened up the Harvard2 csl and made a couple changes to suit my needs. All of them worked except for the text-transform function. I'm trying to set the macro to output the author's name in uppercase, but nothing seems to happen. Zotero accepts installing the script, but when I generate a bibliography, they names stay in "capitalize" format. This is my first time messing around with coding, so I'm sure it's something I'm doing wrong, but I'm stumped. All the other changes were quite easy.
