Upgrade StorageBibtex export: URLs containing ~s
Minor bug in bibtex export: ~ characters have an extraneous {} around them, like this:
{~}
Apparently bibtex URLs should not contain braces, because they will be treated as literal braces in the URL. (I'm using the URL and hyperref packages, and pdflatex, in case that's relevant.)
