Word restarts when I edit citation

When I click on the edit citation button from within Word, Word restarts (i.e., crashes).

Zotero Standalone with Word Add-in installed
Word 2010 in Compatibility Mode
Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

Please assist/advise.
