    Hello,
    I just found out about Zotero and am loving it so far! However, I'm having trouble installing the plugin for Word 2008. I have installed both the PythonExt 111220 and Zotero Word for Mac Integration 3.1.10 Firefox plugins, but nothing for Zotero appears under my Word Script Menu. I have tried clicking "Preferences" for the Zotero Integration add-on (as the trouble-shooting tells me to do), but nothing happens when I click "Preferences." I have tried installing and reinstalling several times, to no avail. Any idea what else I might try?

    Provide a report ID after trying to click the Preferences button.

    Thank you for responding! The link tells me to "check the Actions menu (gear icon) in the Zotero toolbar," but I do not see this toolbar or icon anywhere. Any help would be much appreciated!

    I did just find this message under "Error Console":
    No chrome package registered for chrome://zotero/content/preferences/preferences.xul#cite

    It sounds like you need to install Zotero for Firefox, or that it somehow got disabled.
