Zotero Standalone 3.0 inserts bibliography on first and last page on Word 2010

I have Zotero standalone 3.0 with the Word 2010 plugin. After I inserted a few citations and bibliography into Word, something strange started happening.

Every time (within Word) I edit a citation, add a citation, change style, or even refresh zotero, the bibliography would show up on the first page of my document as well as the last page. When I click undo maybe 5 time, the bibliography list at the first page goes away and everything is ok; all citations are correct and the last-page bibliography looks good.

Any idea how to solve this problem ?

    Have you tried deleting the bibliography on the first page? It's possible that there's a Zotero bibliography field there, which Zotero will replace with the full bibliography each time the bibliography changes.

    pressing alt+F9 (to display field codes) may also be helpful to find (and delete) the source for that rogue bibliography.

    Deleting the bibliography on the first page solved the problem, and the alt+F9 trick was also helpful.
