Upgrade Storageimporting references to word
I have just installed zotero and the word plug in. I have multiple sources in my online library, but when I go to add a citation in my word document it shows that my library is empty. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

To get items added online to your local version of Zotero sync:

Also, I strongly recommend you spend some time with the "Getting Started" documentation:

and/or take a Zotero class if your library offers one.
I went through http://www.zotero.org/support/sync earlier today ... now my sources appear - I guess there was just a long delay.
