Problems concerning search function

Hey at all,
at my office, we're working with zotero to manage our literature database.
At some PCs, there are certain problems concerning the search funtion:
Using advanced search, you can't find literature with dates from 2011 to newer. Out of 60 documents, you can only find 3 by typing "2011" in search category "date". You might find some by typing in the correct title in "title", but still not all.

The problem does only occur on a few computers, the rest works quite find. We did try to reset the local files, restore the files from servers, but it didn't work.

Do you have any idea?

    Can you provide a Debug ID for a search attempt that fails to find what you're looking for? (Just the debug output for clicking the Search button—or if this is a saved search, for clicking into it—should do.)

    Also, just to confirm, the items you're looking for all exist locally on those computers and have the correct dates?

    Okay, now I know why it doesn't work.
    The files which I want to be found are located in the general group library, but it seems, that I can only search items located in "my library".

    Is there any way to find items in the group library?

    Right click on the group and choose "New Saved Search". That's currently the only way to do an advanced search of groups.

    You can, of course, use quick search in groups, or just add Date as a column and sort by that.
