Problem with umlauts

I have a problem with the exports of umlaut documents.
As an example try to export http://www.worldcat.org/title/schweigespirale-offentl-meinung-unsere-soziale-haut/oclc/6666751 from Zotero and look at the umlauts. Instead of "München" it shows "München" or "München" for example (depends on the program you use as a viewer) while Zotero itself shows everything correct but the exported files (doesn't matter which format) are broken.
I am using the Beta 3.
How can I fix that?

    The problem here is one of diacritical composition-- Worldcat often uses decomposed diacriticals, meaning that it provides the "u" and umlaut as two distinct codes, and the receiving computer is supposed to display them together. Usually it does, so you get essentially the same thing; look at your post as displayed here on the forum. But some programs choke on this, usually because of incomplete or broken Unicode support, and you get things like "München". There's a process called Unicode normalization that we can use to fix this, but we haven't done that yet, since it's actually a pretty major task.
