Exporting from Zotero to reference manager 10

Looking in the discussions I couldn't find a solution.
I am trying to export my library from Zotero to ref manager because I didn't find the suitable bibiliography format (Journal of Neurosurgery) in Zotero, but without any luck. I tried all the installed formats (RIS etc.) but ref man seems not to recognize them.
Does somebody have any idea?
