Does anyone know how to add new member to groups and set rights for them? I try to add a new member to my group but the only option I see, is the possibility to invite someone. I did but the link I got by mail is empty, and the new test account I created tells me 'no group invitation'

There is a small usability issue with the link that you receive: If you are logged in with your main account and click on the invitation link, Zotero will tell you that there is no group invitation because the invitation is not for your main account but your test account.
Try logging in with your test account on the Zotero site and then click on Inbox on top right. There you will find the invitation email and if you click on the link, it will work.
