Support and Documentation tab not opening

When zotero is "pinned" as an App Tab, i.e. by clicking on the "Toggle App Mode" button on the top right, I am not able to open "Support and Documentation" in a new tab when I try to click on "Actions" -> "Support and Documentation" entry. The request is ignored. But when in the other mode, i.e. when zotero is not Pinned - is in the bottom of the page, selecting "Support and Documentation" works properly.
