General: How to "select all"?

    I'd like to select *all* my citations, so that I can have Zotero create a bibliography including all my entries. Is there a way to do this? I'm not finding a "select all" option. Thanks for any help.

    If you are using Windows, ctrl-a will select all.

    (I'm assuming an English version of Windows. I think other languages might use a different key.)
