Zotero does not capture information from ieeexplore.ieee.org
Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Go to
http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/search/srchabstract.jsp?arnumber=551694&isnumber=11966&punumber=83&k2dockey=551694@ieeejrns&query=%28%28methods+for+reconstruction+of+2-d+sequences+from+fourier%29%3Cin%3Emetadata%29&pos=0

2. Add the article to your Zotero collection

Expected results:
The article must be added along with the associated PDF file.

Actual results:
The article added without the pdf file. Moreover USR field contains a link to the PDF file (which is useless, by the way) and not to the original webpage.
