Custom Item Types?

Hey Guys,

Is there any way to add custom item types? For example - I really wanted to specify 'Book Chapter' instead of 'Book Section.' Is there a certain scheme or standard Zotero devs followed in compiling the item type list? Thanks for your time, any input or thoughts are welcome!

    The names of item types don't matter-- there are no substantial distinctions to be made between chapters and sections (section here is a more general term) in terms of metadata and citation styles. Therefore they don't have distinct types.
