Upgrade StoragezSA doesn't close properly / Library empty

Sorry, if the error has already been reported, but I haven't seen it.
I think I have two problems :) But maybe they're related somehow:
My SA v2.1a3 obviously doesn't close properly. When I close the program, it pretends to have closed and I also can't see it in the task manager anymore. But if I want to use Zotero for FF afterwards, it says that I can't use two Z-engines at the same time. Restarting the PC helps to open the FF version, but as soon as I have started zSA, the only way to terminate it properly is a computer restart. That is very annoying and I hope I'm not the only one having this problem.
Second: All items in my library disappear "randomly" after using zSA with Word 2010 for a (little) while. To be precise: In zSA I can still see them, and everything is ok. But in the Word addon the whole library is empty - not from the start, but after a short while (sometimes after adding 1 citation, sometimes after 8 or so). The only thing that helps here is, again, to restart my computer.
I'm using Win 7 x64, Word 2010, zSA v2.1a3, Z4FF v2.1, and WinWord Integration 3.1b1. If you need any more details please let me know!
