Chrome registration failed and zotero no longer available
I just updated to the latest version of Firefox running on Windows Vista.
Zotero has now completely disappeared from my browser window, but still shows up in my add-ins.
However if I try to click on the Options button in the add-ins window, the add-ins window freezes completely and utterly (have to open up task manager and end the process to kill firefox)
When I restart Firefox I get THREE messages saying "Chrome registration failed" (though they don't note ANYWHERE what is causing it or which extension caused the problem, or how to fix it.)
Please help. I am at my wits end here and really really really annoyed with firefox - I've NEVER had these problems before until the most recent major update to firefox.
thanks!
Shannon

Upgrade Storage
Just off the top of my head, I'd try closing Firefox, removing compreg.dat, xpti.dat, and extensions.cache from your Firefox profile directory (you can back them up somewhere, but they'll be recreated automatically), and restarting Firefox. If that doesn't work, try the same with localstore.rdf (which contains window size settings and the like). If that doesn't work, try removing all installed extensions and reinstalling them.
