I tried the extension so insert bibliography entries from zotero in OpenOffice.org Writer. But the entries that where generated are "references"
like this:
<text:reference-mark
but not not "bibliography entries" like this:
<text:bibliography-mark
So it wasn't possible to create a bibliography-table using
insert/indexes ans tables/bibliography
Can I change this?

No.
The current OOo bib API and ODF support is too limited. ODF 1.2 will be getting a really killer new metadata system based on RDF, that will be suitable for this use case. Ideally, we can update the OOo API to use that instead, and Zotero can then use that. But until then, they do not touch the OOo citation and bibliographic support at all.
The same is true of MS Word BTW. -

Thanks for your comment. Do I understand it the right way: it is not possible to create a bibliography-table out of the entries that are inserted by zotero?
Somebody told me, that he could do it with neooffice.

It is possible to generate a bibliography; I'm just telling you that this process is completely independent of the OOo process. So you do not per se create a "bibliography-table" in the sense that it means in OOo.
Basically, as the co-project lead for the OOo bibliographic project, I'm telling you not to worry about it and have fun with Zotero ;-) -
