I had all of my notes for one of my sources and the system stores that particular information and source in the My Library section. Then I created another field. I went to drag that item and put it in the field I created therefore thinking that it was in that folder or field. I then deleted it from My library. Once I did that I lost everything from My Library and from the field I created. Is there anyway that I can recover my information. I did not save the information to the C Drive but was wondering if there was an internal way to recover something like Word has in order to get that information back that I accidentally deleted. If not then I guess I am screwed.

By "field" I assume you mean "collection"—and yes, collections only store links to the main items, which are in My Library.

If you haven't closed Firefox yet you can copy the zotero.sqlite.bak file in your Zotero data directory to a backup folder, close Firefox, copy zotero.sqlite to the backup folder, and then copy the backup of zotero.sqlite.bak from your backup folder over zotero.sqlite in your data directory and start Firefox.

If you have closed Firefox already, the previous zotero.sqlite.bak file would've been overwritten, and there would be no way to recover the data.
