Zotero stops syncing after Firefox upgrade

Hi!

I upgraded from 3.5.9 to 3.6.6, and now, there is a syncing error: the arrow spins, the sync starts, then this error appears: 838719394.
I'd be grateful if You could help me fix this problem.

    Do you have anti-virus software installed? If so, try disabling it.

  • It's Kaspersky 6.0.4.
  • Yes, other people have reported this same problem with Kaspersky.
  • How can I eliminate or circumvent this? Is there any other option than calling the IT guy and changing the settings in Kaspersky?
  • Kaspersky is interfering with the normal behavior of the filesystem. You'd have to talk to your admin.
