Firefox won't open with Word for Mac plugin enabled
I downloaded zotero today and firefox then restarted. However, when I downloaded 'PythonExt from zotero.org' firefox did not restart. After several attempts I restarted in safe mode and then disabled the PythonExt add-on. Firefox then restarted in normal mode with no problem. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the add-on but had the same problem.
I then downloaded the Word for Mac plug-in (with PythonExt disabled) and had the same problem! So now Firefox will not open unless I disable both PythonExt and Word for Mac plug-in (if either is enabled it won't start).
I have uninstalled and reinstalled each add-on. Any ideas?

Upgrade Storage
Firefox 3.6.3, Zotero 2.0.3, PythonExt from zotero.org (2.6.2.20100203), Zotero MacWord integration 3.0b2
I also tried reinstalling firefox in case that was the problem, but there's no difference.
Try deleting compreg.dat, xpti.dat, and these files from your Firefox profile.
What exactly do you mean when you say Firefox won't start?
However, deleting the files you suggested has worked perfectly! Word automatically opened and asked me to restart to enable the zotero plugin, and both extensions were enabled when I opened firefox.
Thank you very much for your help. I'm looking forward to getting started with zotero!
