Exporting Zotero notes

I'm trying to export a Zotero library to a colleague who uses Sente. The one thing I can't figure out (so far) is how successfully to export notes that are part of my library. When he imports the library into Sente (using RIS), they show up with all of the html coding (at least, I think it's html--I'm an amateur) rather than just displaying correctly. I tried using Endnote as an intermediary, but I can't get the notes to import properly into Endnote either. Does anybody know of a way to export the my Zotero notes so that they show up formatted correctly in Sente (or Endnote)? Thanks.

    You might try using tool that strips out HTML tags. There are a lot of things that can do this, for example you could try cutting and pasting the contents of the RIS file into this online HTML Tags Stripper. http://www.zubrag.com/tools/html-tags-stripper.php

    Then just paste it into a new text file and make sure it has a .ris extension.
