Document preferences

The document preferences in the word plugin is greyed out. I cannot change from Footnotes to Endnotes option. I tried reinstalling word plugin.

Zoreto Version 2.0
Plugin: 3.0a3
Word: MS Word 2002

The same problem is noticed for Openoffice as well on a different computer.

    I have selected "vancouver" style. I tried other styles as well. In fact I have used zotero for sometime without any problems. This problem has started only recently. I just cannot figure out what has changed.

    Vancouver is an in-text style, not a note-based style.

    Please tell me the easiest solution to change Footnote to Endnote. At present I am exporting it to EndNote. Tried searching the forum for answers, but could not find any.

    you need to be clearer in what you have done and what you want to do.
    Did you insert your citations in Vancouver? If so - how did you get them into Footnotes?

    For note-based styles you can indeed just switch between footnotes and endnotes in the document preferences - try it out with Chicago Manual of Style (Full note with Bib)
