    I tried to generate numbered citations and reference list using this csl file (http://xbiblio.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/xbiblio/csl/styles/nucleic_acids_res.csl?revision=270&view=markup). The numbers are missing from both the reference list and the citations.
