    Started after I deleted a few old items perhaps I pressed a wrong button?I have tried restarting the computer and the programme but it still stays in endless sync. The error message is associate files are locked.

    I also have clicked on report errors and got this ID Number 1290607171

    Seems like the problem has resolved itself or has been resolved by the very effective people supporting us at Zotero. I will thank you for that - maybe the server just needed to cycle through some stuff.
