blank box when trying to capture

Sometimes I can capture citations from my library catalog but not always. Any idea what could create this intermittent problem?

    If the box appears and doesn't go away, check the Actions (gear icon) menu to see if Report Errors is active, and send in an error report if it is and post the Report ID here.
