Upgrade Storagecould not save on Reuters

Have done everything recommended on http://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues but to no avail. There is Zotero icon in address bar for this page, but hovering over it (as recommended) doesn't give any info other than "save to zotero (reuters)". Have latest Mozilla FF 3.5.7, have disabled every add-on, but, like I said, no dice. All I keep getting is "Could Not Save This Item". Please help.
